Are you a Science student? How can we help you?

General Information Service

If you just walked into the APK Library and you are not sure about where to look for a book or how to find journals, ask the General Information Librarians. The Information Point is located in the Library Foyer. If you are not on Campus, contact them on 011 559-2171.

The follwing questions can be answered:

  • General information on the University;
  • General information queries (e.g. searches for books, journals or other information)
  • General training in how to use the Library Catalogue; Electronic Databases; Printing etc.

If you need more advanced training or subject help, you will be referred to your subject librarian
